Rebranding & Growth Strategy for a Decentralized Oracle Solution

A decentralized oracle provider on the Algorand blockchain needed to establish its brand, attract investors, and secure funding—all without a working product. Facing low brand recognition and investor skepticism, I led a full-scale rebrand, strategic messaging overhaul, and community engagement campaign to position the company as an industry leader.
